Responsibilities and tasks
- Design of Ultra High Pressure systems
- Design verification according to ASME Pressure Vessel Code
- Coordination and interface towards suppliers and other disciplines within company
- Participation in studies and detail engineering projects
Qualifcations:
- MSc or PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 8 years of professional experience
- Proficiency about ASME Pressure Vessel Codes
- Extensive experience in design using nonlinear FE methods
- Very good experience with CAD softwares like Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks etc.
- Very good experience with FEM softwares like Abaqus, Ansys etc.
- Needs to be structured and analytic with ability to work under pressure.
- Good English skills both written and verbal
Responsibilities and tasks
- Support Designers with material selection and specification
- Perform metallurgical investigations to establish compliance with specifications and standards.
- Participate in design reviews
- Interface and develop suppliers to guarantee process and material quality
- Take part in material testing
- Participate in qualification of suppliers
Qualifcations:
- MSc or PhD degree in Metallurgy/Materials Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of experience from Pressure Vessel or similar industry
- Knowledge of engineering fracture toughness testing is desirable
- Experience in a manufacturing facility such as steelwork or forging shop would be beneficial
- Ability to manage work in efficient manner with no supervision
- Good teamwork and communications skills
- Good English skills both written and verbal
Responsibilities and tasks
- Involvement in designing the processes and machinery for HPP food
- Monitoring the research done on HPP food
- Involvement in the development of new food products
- Researching current consumer markets
- Generating new product ideas
- Liaising with marketing staff
- Building relationships with suppliers and customers
Qualifcations:
- MSc degree in food technology
- Experience of working in food research would be beneficial but not essential
- Excellent organisation skills and a flexible approach to prioritise work to meet deadlines and deliver results
- Able to work in a team orientated collaborative environment with minimum supervision
- Good English skills both written and verbal
